Our History
Enertia Software was founded in 1983 with the original mission to advance the development and sales of a completely integrated back-office solution specifically focused on upstream oil and gas exploration companies.
In 1996, Enertia Software leveraged current technology to completely redevelop its software offering and successfully achieve the market leading application platform technology they provide today. The Company released its first version of the software in 1998 and has since installed the application to over 125 companies in the United States. A standard semiannual release program allows Enertia's clients to benefit from the continued enhancements and improvements made to the application since its introduction, as well.
Today, Enertia Software is the only single source vendor application offering a fully integrated solution to management teams in the upstream oil and gas industry. Our clients range from small privately held entities with a handful of concurrent users to large publicly traded companies with hundreds of concurrent users.
Enertia has expanded beyond its Midland, Texas headquarters with regional offices and training facilities in Houston and Dallas.
