My Enertia is an additional way to offer online support as a supplement to our one-on-one customer care support and training. My Enertia is a “members-only” area where clients can reference multiple sources of information, such as:
- A “Help” system with information on Enertia navigation, a guidance system, reporting tools, and much more
- Release information on the latest software updates
- An extensive library with archived materials, notes and tools
- Detailed training schedules, including class availability and ability to make a reservation
