Improved Support Communications

IMPROVED SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS

Enertia previously communicated a recent task that will improve communications for support issues and the technology that manages caseload and escalations. We are excited to announce this implementation was successfully completed and can now be accessed by customers via the member's website. The new support portal can be found on the member's website main menu bar and provides immediate access to support ticketing (see image above).

About the Support Portal

The new best-in-class support portal links to a quick and easy platform that allows customers to immediately enter tickets along with the option to follow-up on previously submitted tickets and their status (login required to see your actual tickets). This update streamlines internal communications to ensure all tickets are managed and escalated quickly and distinctly by subject matter experts.

In addition, the updated support portal will also soon house all Enertia documentation with searchable functionality. The new search functionality provides customers with access to the most up-to-date information and potential solution resolutions for individual customer needs.
