    How do I get my CPE credits?

    CPE documentation is usually sent within 4-5 days following your webinar. You must complete the required CPE questionnaire and have been logged in for the duration of the webinar to obtain your CPE credits.     I can't connect to my Enertia Live session via Zoom?

    Please make sure you are logged in with the same email you used to register for the session. The login credentials matter as Zoom utilizes them as personal identifiers. If you are still having trouble connecting, please check the zoom support services here or contact Nicole Durham, here. 

    Can I share my paid webinar info with other team members?

    While webinar registrations are intended for the individual, we certainly wouldn't discourage others from sitting with you at your desk and learning. Keep in mind that only one CPE certificate is offered so if another Team Member needs CPE, we can only issue to the one email address that is registered.
