Enertia Software is excited to announce a change in our current support structure. This change was implemented in an effort to streamline our customer support services and improve the overall customer experience. Some immediate changes for Enertia customers include:

1) Dedicated customer solutions support team
2) Improved communication technology to manage caseload and escalations quickly
3) Strategy updates with new customer solutions managers to better understand and resolve customer concerns

Customer Engagement Team

Another opportunity to enhance the customer experience - Enertia also brings you our newly structured Customer Engagement Team.

CEM Structure 2021

The Customer Engagement Team is a subset to our Business Development Team with the main goal being advocacy for our customers. Your Customer Engagement Manager will be in touch with your organization's key point of contact to review their roles and how they can help improve your overall Enertia experience. Some specific tasks of the Customer Engagement Team include:

1) Customer relationships, communications, coordination of efforts and strategy development
2) Liaison for customers and cross functional teams to implement and deliver on customer expectations
3) Understand your organizational business needs and processes to help ensure a personalized customer experience

The updates have created huge improvements to customer response times, creative support solutions, and improved overall customer experiences.
