So, we're about a good six months (give or take, but who is still counting) into this social distancing thing and every now and then we get some folks asking, "What exactly is Enertia Live?".
About Enertia Live
Enertia Live is THE virtual online community, exclusive for Enertia customers.
Our goal with Enertia Live is to create a sense of community for our customers and provide a platform for users to communicate and connect.
Virtual Happy Hours
Our initial offerings included the virtual happy hours that allowed for open conversation in a casual, comfortable, online environment. We quickly discovered that not all organizations were implementing virtual meetings at the same pace and some people were (understandably) a bit shy. The happy hours were a great start in helping folks get comfortable with their online presence.
Helpful Resources
After the happy hours, we dropped various resources to include online training, webinars, and educational sessions that helped empower our customers while they navigate through their WFH (work from home) environments. Customers were still kind of getting used to the whole online presence and all the virtual meeting platforms. Time and opportunity has encouraged acceptance and now we have customers logging in, excited to see everyone! We love it.
Always Evolving
As comfort levels have changed, so do the offerings, and true to Enertia form, we wanted to keep things a little bit fun. So we are evolving our Happy Hours on Enertia Live to Social Hours. The Social Hours are still casual fun gatherings but they will be hosted on a monthly basis and are open to all subject areas. This includes land, accounting, production, or reporting. We welcome you to join us and chat about anything Enertia related: discuss day-to-day challenges, share insights, review best practices, or just stop by so we can see your smiling faces.
