What a year! 2022 has left Team Enertia with so much gratitude and appreciation. We've had the opportunity to grow and expand our services to improve our customer solutions. Here's a quick recap of how we've worked to make this year great for our customers!
Increased Support Solutions
In 2022 we grew quite a bit! We hired project managers, development project managers, senior database administrators, customer engagement managers, front-end developers, business intelligence analysts, and business analysts! Shew. It's like the 12 days of Christmas all year long.
A Stellar NPS Score
Enertia continues to remain steadfast and committed to improving our support services to our customers! We couldn't be more excited about our increased efforts and their effects to provide our customers with industry-leading support, services, and solutions.
Software Enhancements
We've had two upgrades that included a plethora of enhancements based on customer feedback, development innovation, and industry advancements. While two upgrades a year have been the tradition, we're also excited to only have one core upgrade starting in 2023 allowing our development and innovation team to focus on significant software evolution.
A Spectacular User Conference
This year's User Conference returned to Las Vegas and our customers came out in record numbers! We had just over 400 attendees including a combination of customers, staff, speakers, partners, and a few fun celebrity-like guests...all of who rocked the 80's theme!
Cloud, Saas, and Hosted Solutions
Under our infrastructure framework, Enertia has continued to provide the network, hardware, IT services, and leading-edge accessibility to maintain our customer's integrated data via cloud, hosted, and SaaS solution. We have multiple customers who have joined our hosted solutions exclusively and new customers who are fully immersed in our cloud-based services.
Still One Fully Integrated Solution
At the end of the day (or in this case end of the year - ha), we're still doing what we've been doing for 40 years! Shew that's a long time, but we wouldn't want to do anything else with anyone else!
